Michael S. Elliott

Michael’s practice consists of civil litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation.

Michael served as managing Editor of Willamette Law Review and a Senior Writer for Willamette Law Online. He has also published “The Commerce of Physician Assisted Suicide: Whether Congress can Regulate the Death With Dignity Act” in the Willamette Law Review.

Michael enjoys SCUBA diving, traveling and cooking. He is a member of Willamette Valley Inns of Court.
