Michelle’s practice consists of litigation in the state and federal courts, as well as international arbitration. Her areas of practice include antitrust, collections, contract disputes, copyright, creditor rights, patent litigation, trademark and unlawful trade practices litigation.

Personal Interests
Michelle’s interests include hiking, camping, SCUBA and traveling. She continues to tutor Law Students in various courses as well as applicants to the bar exam. Michelle has served on several state and local Bar Committees. She is a member of SEDCOR and the Willamette Valley Inns of Court. She serves an Elected Delegate to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates.
